Senior Citizen Shopping & Everyday Deals

Eligible seniors can show their physical or digital NRIC for verification. The discount can also be automatically applied for eligible customers who have completed the relevant Myinfo setup in the FairPrice Group app.

Tuesday: Seniors aged 60+ get 2% off

There are additional schemes too:

Monday: Pioneer Generation – 3% off

Wednesday: Pioneer & Merdeka Generation – 3% off

So timing your grocery run could save a little extra every week.

It doesn’t sound huge on one basket, but over an entire year, those savings add up.

12. Look Out For FairPrice Xtra Senior Week

FairPrice Xtra also runs a recurring Xtra Senior Week, which focuses on products commonly purchased by older shoppers.

The promotion returns from the last Thursday of each month until the first Wednesday of the following month.

Featured categories can include adult milk powder, adult diapers, health supplements and oral-care essentials.

Since the products and discounts can change, it’s worth checking the latest Senior Week promotion before heading down.

Don’t Forget Your Student Card Or ID

There’s one very easy way to ruin a student or senior discount.

Forgetting your identification.

Many of these promotions require a valid:

Student pass or school-issued ID for student deals

or

NRIC or another accepted form of age verification for senior promotions.

Some businesses may also have restrictions on eligible schools, ages, days, outlets or public holidays.

So always check the latest terms before making a special trip solely for a promotion.

Student & Senior Citizen Deals In Singapore Are Everywhere

You don’t necessarily need a complicated rewards strategy to save money in Singapore.

Sometimes you just need to know which card to show.

Students can enjoy everything from $8.80 Swensen’s meals and $15.90++ Seoul Garden buffets to 10% off CHARLES & KEITH and free museum admission.
