However, there’s a limited quantity. Only 200 steaks will be available each day, with purchases limited to 2 per pax.
The new promotion joins the fair’s existing lineup of 1kg sotong for $2, $9.90 lobsters, beef from $9, Wagyu deals and more.

NZ Ribeye Steak Drops From $12 To Just $3.90
Steak lovers, this is the biggest new update.
For three days only, NZ Ribeye Steak will be going for just $3.90 each instead of $12.

That works out to more than 65% off the usual price.
The promotion will only be available from 14 to 16 September 2026, which are also the final three days of the Tanjong Pagar fair.

With only 200 steaks available each day, shoppers heading down specifically for the $3.90 deal may want to arrive earlier.

The new $3.90 NZ Ribeye Steak isn’t replacing the existing promotions.
Shoppers can still look out for the fair’s other seafood and beef deals, including 1kg sotong for $2, pomfrets at 2 for $2, $9.90 lobsters, beef from $9 and several Wagyu options.
In particular, the viral 1kg sotong for $2 was brought back by popular demand, with 200 packs available daily.
This means shoppers visiting from 14 to 16 September can look out for the new $3.90 ribeye while browsing the existing seafood and beef promotions at the same fair.

Why The Last 3 Days Could Be Worth Checking Out
If you’ve been thinking about visiting the fair but haven’t made the trip yet, 14 to 16 September could be a good time to go.
The biggest new attraction is the $3.90 NZ Ribeye Steak.
Compared with its usual price of $12, that’s a saving of $8.10 per steak.
